Mrs. Rutvi Vyas began her foray into education 20 years back. She has completed International Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Asian International College (Singapore). She has also done course of Executive Leadership Management from Cornell University & MBA (Executive General Management program) from IIM Ahmedabad. Currently she is associated with Cambridge University Press as a Free Lance trainer. She has done Montessori and Jolly Phonic Course from London. She began her career in Education in 2005 with the set up of Vedant International Preschool, for children in Ahmedabad. Today Mrs. Rutvi Vyas is the Director of multiple branches under the Vedant Group of Schools. Mrs. Rutvi steers the various branches of Vedant International Preschool in tune with the philosophy of Dr. Dharini Shukla, Founder and Chairman of Vedant International Group of Schools. A believer in doing whatever is best for her students, teachers, and staff, she constantly endeavours to build a culture of trust, creativity and excellence in each of the branches she leads. Mrs. Rutvi brings with her a mindset of giving and contributing to society. Under her leadership, Vedant International Preschool has started various initiatives that serve the sections of society and is doing wonderful work through them.

Her charismatic and awe inspiring personality was nurtured abroad. Her forte is setting up quality schools and she has achieved that with over 15 years of experience in this area. She has been instrumental in establishing schools all over the length and breadth of Gujarat and the Vedant International Preschool continues to flourish under her able Directorship. Passionate about making learning meaningful, she has dedicated herself to the same and has done loads of innovative work in the areas of school curriculum, leadership, and creativity and teacher education. A strong believer in building meaningful relationships, with contacts all over the world, she is greatly responsible for guiding and coaching teachers of all Vedant schools, to learn, grow and change their classroom practices. The acclaimed saying that “The function of leadership is to produce more leaders and not followers” amply exemplifies her role in creating not only empowered leaders in her students but also in her teachers. Well versed in the latest pedagogy, she has spearheaded the growth of all Vedant International Preschool schools with her training, experience and expertise.

With her excellent academic background, Juggling so much work, never strains her for Rutvi believes that at every step there is something to learn. “There is nowhere to draw the line,” she says.
